Security of your money
We are a member of AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents) and are ATAS accredited.
ATAS is a national accreditation scheme, endorsing travel agents who have met strict financial and customer service criteria. As we are a member of Australia’s leading travel company with Australia’s largest network of over 2000 independent travel agencies, we can provide you with peace of mind when planning and purchasing your travel arrangements.
Your money is kept in a trust account and we only deal with reputable suppliers.
For added protection we encourage you to pay using your credit card (fees apply) via our payment provider, TravelPay. We use TravelPay to process credit card transactions as they are recommended by AFTA (Australian Federation of Travel Agents) and it provides protection in the event of supplier insolvency.

How do I book my trip?
Using our tour comparison tool you can search for tours that suit your needs. Save them into your favourites and then simply click 'enquire' on the ones that you would like more information on.
One of our travel designers will be in touch via your preferred method of contact to confirm prices and availability.
You will receive a booking form to complete so we can ensure all of your personal details are correct.
We will also ask for a copy of your passport.
How do I make payments?
You can make payments using your credit card (fees apply) via our payment partner Travelpay.

You can also direct deposit into our bank account. Ask your travel designer for the details.
Can you help with more than tours?
Yes, we are a full service travel agency. You can visit our "Complete Your Trip" page or simply send us an email with what additional arrangements you would like us to assist you with.
What happens after I have booked?
Once you have booked you will receive a full confirmation along with payment due dates and amounts.
Based on the information you have advised on your booking form we will advise if any visas or anything else is required.
Your travel documents will be made available approximately 3 weeks prior to your departure.
Do I need travel insurance?
We support the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade's recommendation that all people travelling take out travel insurance. We are happy to provide you with a quote and policy details.
